We believe in complete transparency. Our 1-page rental contract has no hidden fees, surprise insurance additions, or complex fine print. Read our general terms below.
Driver Age
21+ Years Old
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
Driving Experience
2+ Years Minimum
At least 2 years of active driving experience is required.

Valid national license in Latin/Cyrillic script. No IDP required.

We meet you at arrivals for both pickup and collection.
1. Documents & Driver Restrictions
- Passport: Must be valid for the entire rental duration.
- Driver's License: Must have been held for at least 2 years. Licenses printed in Latin or Cyrillic alphabets are fully accepted. If printed in other characters, an International Driving Permit (IDP) or certified translation is required.
- Minimum Age: 21 years. The maximum driver age is 70.
- Additional Driver: One second driver can be added to the agreement free of charge, provided they meet the same age and license restrictions and submit their documents at handover.
2. Booking, Payment & Deposit Rules
- No Prepayment: We do not require any card authorizations or down payments to confirm your reservation. Booking is held free of charge.
- Payment at Pickup: The full rental rate is paid upon car handover.
- Payment Options: Cash (USD, EUR, GEL converted at current exchange rate), major credit cards, or online bank transfer.
- Security Deposit: A low security deposit of $100 to $200 (depending on the vehicle model) is held upon collection. This deposit is fully refunded immediately upon returning the vehicle in clean, inspected condition.
3. Delivery & Return Locations
- Tbilisi City Limits: Delivery and collection at any hotel, office, or private address is available for 50 GEL (Lari). Handover takes under 5 minutes.
- Tbilisi Airport: Airport delivery and pickup is available for a one-time charge of 50 GEL (Lari). We meet you directly at the terminal exit with a nameplate.
- Other Georgian Cities: Delivery to Kutaisi, Batumi, Gudauri, or Kazbegi is available upon prior arrangement. Transfer fees are calculated individually based on distance.
- Delay Policy: Returns are expected at the designated time. A grace period of 1 hour is permitted; delays exceeding 1 hour are charged as a new rental day unless agreed in advance.
4. Insurance Policy & CDW
- Full CDW Coverage: Every rental rate includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, and Third-Party Liability.
- Zero Excess / Deductible: Your financial franchise is $0. You are not responsible for collision repairs if a standard insurance situation is confirmed (police report submitted).
- Exclusions: Insurance does not cover damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, off-road driving beyond designated routes, or gross negligence (e.g. lost keys, interior burns).
5. Fuel & Cleanliness
- Fuel Match Policy: The car is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling fees apply if returned empty.
- Cleanliness: Every vehicle is handed over deep-cleaned and washed. We expect the vehicle to be returned in clean condition. If extremely dirty inside or out (requiring professional detailing), a cleaning fee will be charged.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A cleaning penalty of $150 applies if tobacco odor remains.
6. Allowed Routes & Boundaries
- Geographic Limit: Vehicles must be driven only within the territory of Georgia. Driving into neighboring countries (Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia) is strictly prohibited.
- Road Suitability: All our SUVs have 4x4 / AWD capabilities. You are permitted to drive on paved or gravel roads across Georgia.
- Prohibited Passes: Due to extreme safety hazards, driving via the Abano Pass to Tusheti (Omalo) or via the Zagaro Pass is strictly prohibited. Standard gravel roads (e.g. paths in Svaneti, Kazbegi) are allowed.
